Building a $2 MILLION Dollar Condo Complex in NICARAGUA

We are finishing up our 18 unit, 3 floor Condo Complex at the new Surf Ranch Resort in Popoyo, Nicaragua. At the resort, we have 4 houses complete, and are now working fast to get the condo complex open in the next couple of months. 

 

In this video we drive from San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua out to Popoyo, to give you an update of where we are at with the building. 16 out of the 18 units have been sold and we have 2 units remaining.
