In this second episode of building Nicaragua's first winery, we visit our friends Pitaya ( Dragon Fruit ) farm, to learn more about the fruit, how it grows and to establish a new distributor.
We also find pieces of 2000 + year old ancient pottery, and search for another supplier that can make large pottery that we can ferment the wine in, which will be located on site at Surf Ranch Popoyo. www.surfranchpopoyo.com
