HOW TO MAKE GALLO PINTO | Nicaraguan | IN UNDER 2 MINUTES!
Welcome to our Nicaraguan Cooking Channel with Jimena Jimenez. In this video we show you how to make Nicaraguan Gallo Pinto in just under 2 minutes!

Here are the Ingredients & Instructions Below:
- 1 Cup of Kidney Beans (in it's own water)
- 2 Cups of white rice (cooked an hour before)
- 1/2 white onion 1/2 green pepper
- Instructions: Cooked Kidney beans (prepared in water and garlic) White rice cooked at least 1 hour before preparing the gallo pinto In a frying pan, add oil, cook the onion and green pepper, add the beans together with the liquid and let it cook until the water evaporates, add the rice and stir, when they are together, lower the heat and let it cook, stir every 1 minute approximately for 8 minutes. The gallo pinto is ready when the rice has come the same color as the beans.
