How to make Tortilla Chips from Scratch | IN 3 MINUTES | Easy Recipe

Here are the Ingredients that you will need.
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- 1 cup of water
- Oil for frying
- 1 Ziploc bag (to make the tortilla mold)
Process:
In a bowl, put the cornmeal and little by little add the water, kneading it until you obtain a homogeneous dough, you will know that the dough is ready when it does not stick to your hands when making a ball of dough.
In the plastic mold, with the help of the palm of the left hand, make a wall to form a barrier when stretching the dough and with the right palm, give small slaps trying to stretch the dough until it forms a thin thickness. In a non-stick frying pan without oil, just heat. Once our tortilla mold is ready, take the dough stretched in our left palm and remove the plastic with our right hand, put it in the hot pan and wait about a minute to turn, do the process 3 times in total and once ready, remove from the heat.
Wait a few minutes to cut the tortilla in two and then into triangles until you get 8 parts or you can also cut it into strips. Return to the frying pan, add oil to fry, wait for it to warm and fry your chips. To give it a little flavor, add a pinch of salt and can enjoy with your favorite salsa.
